Yea it will, that's how mine was installed. A strip of tape along the inside edge of the tailgate, and a strip of tape along the lower edge where it sits on the outside of the gate and its on solid. The cover is a Lorado roll up. It was on the truck when I bought it, but I believe you can get one thru Summit or Jegs.
