Cause from the way this shop is going we'll get them in the summer and I can wear it while working to protect me from the sun. Im normally a patient person, But I have been waiting for almost 2 months for 1 hat. Not having a answer as to how long it will take to get the complete order filled is ridiculous. I have had custom engine parts made faster than this, a automated machine does the embroidery. Im not trying to be harsh on you, as I understand your not the one doing the actual work, Simply tell them you need to know on a finish date and when they will actually start this. I have a buddy who runs an embroidery shop and I order hats all the time. It takes two days to get custom hats. If I wanted 100 custom hats all the same it wouldn't take a month.
