GI.SS
ok I swapped LED's into my dash a year ago. Everything worked just fine except I had hot spots. took it apart and moved the leds around so no more hot spots. I plug it back in and stepper motors dont work, no indicator lights work except the engine light. All LED's work (FINALLY) but nothing else works. No shift indicator or words comming up on the display. Did something short out? Felt like i finally had her! Except now 2 steps back. Any ideas what it could be? Blown 346
Try dis connecting your battery for 30 minutes to reset the computer and BCM. Hopefully it clears up any bugs.
GI.SS
left it unhooked for 30+ minutes. even touched the negative and positive together. Still nothing. I touched nothing else when doing this either. Running out of options.
Blown 346
The only thing to do now is take a look at the circuit board for bad contacts or hot spots.
