new2ss Posted December 27, 2013 Report Share Posted December 27, 2013 Well I received a SLP cai from the clause this Christmas only to find out it won't fit! The mass air flow sensor is way to big on the end that goes closest to the filter. It already has a k&n on it but there is no shroud or case for the filter so its out there in the open and hits part of the radiator framing or headlight frame work. Now the K&N filter fits the mass air sensor like it should but is way to big for the slp one. I called Delphi and found out it is the correct maf but is an outdated model. Sounded kinda strange to me but just curious if anyone has an idea to solve this? I know I could get a new maf but is there a way this can come apart with out hurting it?
