03SSBoy
So I changed my needles on Sunday. I didn't do them I had the guy who did my led cluster change them. Ok so my truck ran out of gas yesterday because the gauge was not on empty yet. But I thought it was moisture because it was misfiring it didn't just die. So I filled up my tank and it's over the f line and it hasn't moved since and my range was at 248 miles and now it's up to 251 miles. Idk if it's my gauge or my fuel pump
Akslowroller
Sounds to me like he put the needle in the wrong position. Just my guess.
03SSBoy
That's what I though too but now it won't move from full
Blown 346
if you press the needles on too much they become to tight to move. You will have to remove the needle with a spoon carefully and slowly. Then gently push it on, a little goes a long way. the gauge needles will reset themselves after the needle is on without all that pressure.
