josebrwn
I have a general question, does anybody have experience with seat covers for hot weather? I've just moved to Phoenix, and it's only January, and in the middle of the day the leather SS seats have me sweating right thru my shirt! I'm looking at sheepskin, gel, beads, mesh .. no idea what to try first. Also don't want to look like a 70's throwback. I can't even grow a mullet

1BAD2K
Lol the new trucks have available cooling seats by using the peltier effect which is built into the actual seat. Too bad they didnt offer that on our trucks.....
90zxdriver
Limo tint and a tinted windshield will work wonders. Night time driving kinda sucks though.
diggerdan11
Dark tint and a remote start might help. Its really nice to start up your car a few minutes before you get in it with the AC cranked on it cools the seats down pretty well. I used the remote start in my Pontiac all the time when i lived in AZ, it was a life saver. fast4popper
We have installed a/c cooled seats in the past. Basically, you route the rear duct work into the bottom of the seat area, then couple it together and line it up with the new ventilated seat ducts installed with Mini fans throughout the seats. Works pretty well actually
