LT's and no cats will not pass visual inspection, and the cam most likely won't pass on your HC/CO. swapping a LQ4 in a 04 1500 may not fly also..the Gibson system is is pretty loud with cats, so i imagine what it will be like with out them. the Colton cops will have a field day with you the first time you crank on it.. good luck..
