As a long time re-loader, I kinda wish they weren't rim-fire. That cartridge just begs to be tweaked. Edit to add; I realize that rim-fire is re-loadable, but is it worth the hassle? kpcustoms Posted February 22, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2014 I love the 17 but its not really worth reloads I get 500 rounds for like $80 so I dont really think its worth it. I dont trust reloaded rim fire I have a friend who can do it but idk. I think the 17 is way better then a 22, rounds are more but I have been seeing that wont be for long. 22 prices are going up fast and 17 is going down atleast where I live.
