BLOWN SS/T
Can anyone share pics or ideas on how to mount an x link. I think the most common way would be to use some metal as a bracket and screw it on to the top of the tbss intake manifold. Just wondering if anyone has came up with a different idea on how to mount it. Thanks in advance
12'SROCK
I put mine bolted to the coolant bleeder down by the head to keep it out of the way.
GI.SS
That's not a bad spot. I have mine bolted to a spot in the manifold itself with a little L bracket

Engine bay looking clean as always. Did you chop up the AEM intake and add the couplers? Did you do that just to get the intake to route underneath the coolant hose, or any other benefits? 12'SROCK
I used raw 4" aluminum pipe with a couple elbow couplers so the intake would look nice and have a straighter shot into the tb.

I found a 5" intake kit that you can build. after I'm done with the bolt ons, I might give it a try to see if there is anything to be gained ET wise. I would have to use some coupler and neck it down for the MAF or use the larger MAF. Wicked any tips on swapping out the crank pullies on these trucks?
