Congratulations on the losing Alex. The older you get the harder it gets to lose. I stay hungry all week but don't hold back much on weekends when I've got the smoker fired up. U take sausage lay it out, stuff it with whatever u want (I did a breakfast one with eggs, onions, peppers and cheese) then roll it up, wrap it with a bacon weave and smoke it for about 3 hours or so.
