Yank tt3000 stall

Recommended Posts

Anyone running this stall on a 03 SS as a daily driver how does if feel??

Is there a big difference on the track?

Is the main point of this being able to launch at a higher rpm on the track?

I'm mostly stock besides arh headers, volant cai, 160 start on the thermostat housing and a tune

What are your plans? Yes there is a diffrence driving and launching. With my 3k stall n cam I'm consistently 1.8 1.83 60ff times.

Before choosing a TC, you need to think about your future goals. If you don't plan on forced induction or engine internals, a 3000-3200 stall is a good match that will really wake up an SS with a stock motor. If you do plan on serious power mods, you may want a higher stall.

Also, stay away from the TT series Yank converters as they do not have a good track record with these trucks.
