that1dood Posted November 16, 2014 Report Share Posted November 16, 2014 I bought a set of heads today that were supposed to be 243s but ended up being 706s. I only paid 100 bucks for them though so that's not too bad I guess. They were pulled off a running 03 tahoe. No warpage or anything like that...If I have larger intake valves put in and port them, would it be worth it to use them? or ditch these guys and find a set of 243s? Plan on doing a cam swap the same time I do the heads, probably something along the lines of the 228...
