Thickcajun
My laptop has it on it. Its slow but that's the laptops issue and not software. They do have a new version of efi live for download. Might want to try and uninstall the v7.5 and update the newer version.[/quote When you go onto efi live site it ask you weather you have V1 or V2 and what year you are going to tune and gives you the suggestion of which version to down load.. it all good, the laptop was a 199 door buster at Walmart two black Fridays ago for my son. I took it from him after the YouTube porn was discovered lol... went out and bought a Toshiba Satellite loaded to the hilt today so I'll be resuming my quest this weekend. chpspecial
I have had efi on all systems after xp and haven't had a single issue. My current tuning laptop is á Windows 8.1, with 8gb ram, a 250gb SSD hdd to run the programs and a 750gb traditional hdd for storing info. Powered by an i7 processor. Try uninstalling the usb drivers and reinstalling them Also see if unplugging the v1 cable fixes the issue. I know there is a roll back driver for the usb drivers for older Windows systems

Brought it home rebooted and downloaded efi again. Connected to scan tool ran a log, plus read pcm tune file for base... bad timing IMHO. .
