Downeast Johnny Posted January 1, 2015 Report Share Posted January 1, 2015 Happy New Year to all y'all. Put a ham on the smoker at 7:00 AM this morning. (Gave it a Maple syrup injection and rubbed it last night), Put a 1/2 eye round beef roast in the smoker along with the ham. (The eye round has been in a cure for the last 15 days), it's going to wind up smoked dried beef sliced thin for sandwiches. Hoping that 15 is the year that the truck goes to the next level. Got some parts laying around ready to go on. Got a beater DD last summer so that I can park the truck and break her down and build her back.
