Heat stuck in 1 position

Here's the write up I used to change mine. This one he is changing is specifically for the passenger side.

 

Having trouble controlling the zone is the one on the drivers side i believe. It's under the dash to the right. sits on the center console.

I wish it was the easy one. I changed the other 2 (the easy ones) before figuring out it was this one. Took me about two hours to do it. But with the picture guide it was really easy.
