[email protected] Posted March 28, 2015 Report Share Posted March 28, 2015 (edited) I have been researching a lot on how to route my vacuum lines and there is just too much information out there to make sense of so I figured I would check here. I am pretty sure I want to get a catch can to add to this as well, just waiting on a couple answers from one of the vendors so I can order it. I attached a few pictures and here are the descriptions of what each is and where it is routed currently. I am running an FAST LSXR intake, Nick Williams 102mm dbw throttle body, ABEAR valve covers, L92 heads, and a CAI, I think that is most of what is involved in this. 1 - Passenger side valve cover, currently routed to #2 2 - Intake, currently routed directly to #1 3 - Intake, I circled the wrong thing, it is actually up and to the right a bit on the full engine picture or up and to the left on the smaller picture. It is a line on the side of the intake that goes to the evap purge solenoid and continues to the gas tank. 4 - Driver valve cover, currently nothing there, if anyone knows what size insert I need it would save me some time trying to figure it out, I think this should be routed towards #1 and #2 and added in there somehow? 5 - Passenger side head, routes to drive side head, assuming not relevant here but I figured I'd be thorough. 6 - Valley Cover? Not sure if this is used either. The diagram labeled LS7 wet sump seems to make the most sense to me if I install a catch can, that is if #6 is indeed supposed to be used.
