70chevy03ss
Look into dynomax. I wasn't pushing any where near that much hp. But they lasted a long time and no drone. Sounded awesome!! I had the x flow. I have the super turbo now.
Devilized
Just put my dynomax ultra flow 17554 on today and I'm impressed. Pretty loud but like it so far. I have magnaflow on all my other cars so figured I would try something new.

nocturnal92
+1 on Dynomax or Magnaflow muffler, buddy recently done on his truck and gives good harmony with little drone.

zachm89
Out of the MANY exhaust combinations my truck had while I owned it my favorite by far was the single 4" setup with the oval bodied Borla XR-1.
poopnewton
If your making or looking to make 1000hp no matter what muffler you get it's going to be loud and unless you want to give up hp to make it quiet IMO you will probably have some sort of drone at some speed. Especially if the exhaust exits some where under the truck.
