OleDave Posted August 10, 2016 Report Share Posted August 10, 2016 I'm in need of the drivers side exhaust pipe (from the muffler back) for a 2006 extended cab SS with dual exhaust. It is stainless and I think it is factory. I had a Magnaflo muffler installed about 4 years ago when I bought it. Problem is the muffler shop that did the work welded the stainless exhaust pipes to the stainless muffler with mild steel rod and the welds rusted through. Lost one of the pipes before I knew we had a problem. Chevy has obsoleted the part. Tried O'Reilly's and they just offer one that is 4" dia. Mine is about 2 5/8 OD. I say about because that is just measured with a tape. Appreciate any help you may be able to give; even if you don't have one fore sale, maybe you know a source.
