houston05tx
Every time it rains water leaks from my sunroof. My sunroof works fine it open and closes fine. Why are my gutters getting overflow with water? Do I need to replace a rubber seal? Has any one have or had this problem?
eberhama
I would guess your drains are plugged. There are rubber hoses attached at the 4 corners of the sunroof, try blowing those out. The front ones are probably the culprit.

1FASTBRICK
FYI, The front drains dump into the cowl area. The rear ones follow the roof, down the back of the cab and dump out the rear cab vents. Let us know what you find.
dkkustoms
A quick way to get to the front tubes without dropping your entire headliner is just pull the a pillar trim. There will be a tube approx 1/2" diameter. Blow a little air in both directions and see if that helps. Could save you a lot of time if just the fronts are clogged.
