Beddamade
My SS is a 2004 model I have a missfire that is being caused by a bad Sparkplug wire. I plan on changing the wires and plugs soon. I want to put the best in it but not if it will not make a difference. My SS has long tube Headers, Cold Air intake, and was fitted with a FAST air fuel meter, the air fuel meter was stolen. I'm thinking about buying, 8 New NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs TR5IX # 7397 and Taylor Cable 79614 409 Pro Race LS Truck Race Fit Ignition Wire Set I do not plan on racing it, i just want the truck to run right and last a long time. What do you think, or what do you have installed in yours? Edited October 2, 2016 by Beddamade (see edit history)
edgarss44
I just changed out my stock plugs about 2 months ago! I put NGK ix plugs with msd wires and my truck feels great! I didn't know what I was missing until I changed them out! Truck feels a lot more responsive and runs real smooth. Alitle better gas mileage also!
