srtSSsvt121
Ok some me and some of my buddies were gonig to paint the brake calipers, so we took the back two off and painted them and then i started the engine and then the brake pedel went straight to the floor, and the Service brakes sign came on. It is really hard to stop. I think we turned off the sensor. Do any of you know how i can turn it back on or get my brakes back to normal. And yes we have everything in the right place. PLease help me. I dont want to have to pay to getr it fixed.
deezel
There are no sensors directly on the rear wheels. The brake system senses pressure differences in the ABS box under the cab. The rear wheel-speed sensor is actually in the back end of the transmission. Likely you need to bleed the brakes better or something similar. Maybe just some air bubbles still in the lines. If you got everything put back together properly it can't be too bad of a problem.
SSplaytoy
I did the same thing. Had to bleed the brakes.
