I tried it the other day and it seems work well by delaying the shifts and never allows the T/C lockup. This seems to work better than manually pulling in 3rd. 2nd. question...Any books available yet on servicing/ maintaining the 6.0. Any websites devoted to the LQ9? BenKey Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Try a Haynes manual. Not sure if they have one on a SS, but any GM truck with a 6.0 will be pretty much the same.
