jboyd2004
Any suggestions on what to do to the truck next? I am currently putting a good hood twin scoop ram air induction hood on it. I am also going to put a StreetScene roll pan with dual port and run the exhaust through the ports. Should I use goodhood's ram air intake or take another path??? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated... Pic1 Pic2
SSplaytoy
Sweet. Now drop the beast. Or instead of it just looking like it hauls ass, make it.
jboyd2004
Yeah, I was thinking about 2 in the front and 3 in the rear. How does that sound???
SSplaytoy
The McGaughy kit is a 2/3.5 and reasonably priced. I say you can do a lot of things to your truck but I don't know your budget.
jboyd2004
I have a decent budget. My wife hasn't clamped down on me yet. The hood was XMAS present from her.
SSplaytoy
Mold your rollpan, some tv's, system, tonneau, Radix or STS........ the list can go on..........
jboyd2004
I had a tonneau cover on my last truck I was thinking about putting the streetscene bedcap rails and spoiler
SSplaytoy
That's not a bad idea. Cheaper than a cover too. And at least you can actually put big stuff in your bed then without taking the damn thing off or it bouncing around on you.

jboyd2004
What did you have in mind?
SSplaytoy
A lot of guys do the usual supercharger and a few turbos. If you aren't in that high range you can get some headers, cai, shift kit, maybe some nitrous, exhaust. The SS already looks good. Speed would be the best idea to go with! jboyd2004
Anyone got any recommendations on some headers and a shift kit? For the exhaust, I think I will go with the CORSA Performance Sport Edition package unless someone knows a better package.
SSplaytoy
I can't give opinions on the Corsa, but a lot of people speak highly of the "Zippy shift kit". I have the TOG Long Tube Headers and am pretty satisfied with it.
d_a_n_payne
If you do a wing, do a VERY small one. But dont do bed rails. I wouldnt do the wing just get the bed cover that kinda has a wing molded in.
04CHASE
yeah i dont think that street scene rol pan will work either . the SS have a different sttle roll pan that only place i know to get is The Roll Pan Man Bser.I can say that they look sweet. YOu truck looks good as it is but i would think the drop would look good.I hear beltech is coming out with a new drop that uses spindles.
