Weird when I bought my 07 classic SSS the dealership said that they weren't making the SSS for a while. I agree with everyone else where it has to be based on the times on the base truck, which I belive is 15.8, so if you calculate the mods into it I would have to guess low 15's. I could be wrong though. Lance

I was at the dealership today and would have asked the parts guy these questions but I doubt that he would have had any answers for me, and he was busy. 1) Will these fit our trucks, I have a 07 classic SSS, and this toolbox is in the new bodystyle pamplet. 2) Will it look good on our trucks. 3) Will a hard tonneau cover fit with the toolbox installed? 4) Does anyone know the aproximate price range on these? glad to hear the SSS is ok, when I was younger my aunt hit an alligator and the tail flung up and dinted the entire side. Luckly you hit it where you couldn't have that happen.... Makes me think that there should be a college team named the SSS's if they can take down a GATOR like that. Glad your ok and Go gators..... Lance

yeah I normally do pay attention to what is next to me, but I just got off work, Anyhow I just found it neat that another SSS ran into me on the road.... I have seen 4 SSS's in Gainesville, Fl. One black one which makes me cry everytime I see it because the front end is messed up, one red one that a guy about my age drives which has a rollpan, one seemily stock red one drivin by a vet., and the black one that I ran into that night. There are several different sports trucks down here like 2 SRT-10's, and 10 lightning's none of which will run against me, be it the gas or the cops or not wanting to because they aren't sure what I have under the hood, it was just nice to run into a fellow SSS'er who had the balls to rev up next to me........I am not saying I am heavily modded by the way......

I was driving home from work tonight when I hear a roar of an engine next to me.... I was thinking alright I get to blow a cocky @ss out of the water, so without looking I decided to just stomp it. When I noticed that they were sticking with me I decided to look and see what could stick with me. And to my suprise it was another SSS. So we ran beside each other for a little, running and rev-ing. Then I was thinking about the two of us racing then say cops so we decided not to. Never stoped to talk because it seemed as if he was tring to get somewhere and I was on the way to a friends house. All and All it was a good time, and I was excited because since I got the truck I have had a hard time to find someone to run. The only regret I have is I didn't get to tell him about the site.

Motion sensor lights, I think may help. I would say if you live on some property and your neighbors don't mind I would start target practice.... Dog may work, I would be one to stay up all night in the garage, and catch the person in the act. Just my $.02.

I got a new dayly driver bought it from a friend that was moving out of town and really wanted to get ride of the car. It's a 1993 Nissan Sentra 2 door. Hope it lasts so I can save miles on the sss and money in gas.

I am totally stock except my exhaust and had mine up to 109 so says the speedometer without it cutting out. I do have respect for you because I had a class with a hemi owner and he was defending his hemi... not giving the SSS' any respect, so it was nice of you to tell it how it was. You should trade in the hemi and pick up an SSS

I am done with classes this semester, but good luck to everyone who still has finals......

Out of respect for someone I would never call them out about the area they live.... sounds to me like someone wanted to brag about where they live.... I have no idea how each area is but to say those things about someone's neighborhood is disrespectful.... you say you always treat people like they are right in front of you, then why don't you act like it.... this is a forum where we find a common bond in the trucks that we drive, no one should be disrespected that way, and especally if he/she is a fellow SS owner.
