I have made these, and also a mold to duplicate them but out of fibreglass. In process of making first fibreglass set now. In order to make them out of plastic u need 2 cab corners for each side. if anyone interested in a fibreglass set let me know.

Well, i finally got my dyno done. Results are 405.4 RWHP 557 RWtorque. OMG its fun. there is almost no torque curve. Wanna burn rubber at 45 mph? NO problem If i can get scanner to work right i will post a pic of the dyno sheets. Eric

mine did the same thing. took it to the dealer yesterday and they are puting a new one in for me. i bought extended warranty so the only out of pocket expense is $100.00 deductable i havent had any issues with the seat heater so i guess i will cross my fingers on that one. 43k miles on it now and sunroof is the ONLY problem ive had. I LOVE this truck!!

you need two cab corners for each side, you have to cut and plastic weld them adding a little over 2 inches (2 11/16 on bottom and 2 5/16 top iirc) to the distance from door to bedside. All the hangers and push in plastic clips etc are available at your local Chevy dealer and u need some double stick tape too. Rocker moldings can be shortened at the cab corner piece. hope that helps.

Check out Elk Grove. Its on the Southern side of Sacramento and just north of stocton. Short drive all freeway to Stocton and they have nice neighborhoods there. Lots of forclosed homes avail at cheap prices there too.

no comments on my bug/rock shield. I didnt want to put one on but the chips were pissing me off i hate the look of a bug shield so i made it as invisible as possible. no flames on the bug guard so i suppose it is ok. all u guys should have one. i havent seen one on any trucks yet in SSS.com forums.

i guess some punk at his school was jealous and started a rumor that the S10 with purple flames was GAY. Pain in the ass. i spent hundreds of hours on this thing and saved it till he got his license, 6 years i waited to give it to him. He is 17 on July 4th, tomorrow. he reads this forum as much as i do maybe even more so plz let him know the truck isnt gay. if you think it is gay then say that too.

Very nice. I did a checker'd flag on the side of a street bike a few years ago and making it look like its flying in the wind is tough. Cant wait to see the finished product.
