I think I've got everything but the rails & coolant crossover tubes. -
No word from Jeff @ Baldwin Race Parts yet.

The # on the tb isn't telling me much. It's the 90mm gold blade LS3 tb. I bought the tb from Jeff @ Baldwin Race Parts. He'll call the GM rep tomorrow & let me know. What's the part # for the sticky ones?

For Sale: GM LS3 Throttle Body Take-Off from a LS3 crate engine. It's a 90mm, gold blade, 4-bolt drive by wire unit. I ran it for 500 miles on a tbss manifold swap. I can post pics if needed. $130 shipped + PayPal gift it.

I'm using the 2003 return style stock rails / regulator with a modified crossover to fit over / around the tbss manifold. I would like to adjust the fuel pressure if needed.
-
Mods: p1sc w/3.7 pulley, 8.1 marine injectors, tbss manifold, ls2 tb, e-fans, 4l80e, pi triple disc tc 2600-2800 stall & black-bear tuned.

Thanks for the input. Your right, aftermarket rails would be the best way to do it. But I've been wondering / thinking of a way to add an adj. fuel pressure regulator to the existing oem regulator / rails. There must be a way to fool the oem regulator!?
-
I'm not positive but, the clutch fan should take care of itself. If you don't mind me asking, why are you removing the e-fans?

I'm running stock fuel rails & a stock fuel pressure regulator on my 2003 SSS. Any way to add an adjustable regulator to the oem set-up?

For Sale: 2003 SSS Oem Front Bumper Cover, Lower Grill, & Ducts

Shipping to a business with zip code 02338 will cost $210. It's crazy, even though it doesn't weigh more than 20lbs...the measurement w/box would be 84"L X 22"W X 22"H So, if I sold the cover for $90 + 210 shipping = $300 total {if you gift the pay-pal}. Your probably better off buying a new one from a GM dealership. -
