  1. Beautiful! I'll give you $300 for it! :jester:

Seriously, you got a fabulous deal, and a great car to start with!

Thanks. Since we'are dead right now because no body wants to buy tires in this weather, we are taking it apart.

  2. Dang sweet dude ... just don't put those gay stripes on the fenders... if you need some vinyl for it shoot me a pm

i kinda like the stripes but i am not going to copy. The ony thing im looking at doing the same is the stance and the color.

  3. ksdajgnkajdsngkjndgkjsndgk jn WHY DID I NOT SEE THIS! good find man...

hahah. I honestly didnt think it was real. I didnt even take my trailer but i called the guy and went to his house to give it a shot. We test drove it and it runs fine. Normal tear and wear of a 25 year old car (25 years is consider a classic right?). Every one has asked me if the guy was drunk lol. He was an awesome older gentleman.

  4. Alright my friends, i know this is a silverado website but its the same brand so here it goes. Yesterday i was looking on craiglist and for some reason i decided to see what camaros were on sale. So long story short i found a 1986 camaro for 200 bucks. I didnt think much of it but i click on it just the fun of it. This thing has no rust. Interior is in great shape. Not one crack on the dash. So i go and look at it and its real!. 39xxx original miles for 200 bucks. i hand him the money he gives me the keys and title. All of this happened within a matter or 3 hours. Well now i want to strip it all down redo everything and use it as she shop "mascot". i just dont know where to start. At my shop we do tires and wheels only but never restored a car. I want to go with the nascar type of look but still streetable. for exaple something like this with my logo on it to represent my business. Any ideas? suggestions or what modifications to do to it. Ill post pics as soon as i get home lol

This is similiar to the look i want to go with. Its no the car i bought. I wish!!!

REALLY? lol its going to suck to wait. At least give us a clue of what it will be.

  6. I run 305/50-20 BFG KDW's and I am impressed with the way they grab. Very expensive in this size but I have no complaints. I can't talk to the wet driving too much as I rarely see rain in my truck.

Listen to Brad about tire diameter...this is a good time to enhance your E.T. with a simple reduction in diameter.

agree. this would be a very good tire if you want to grip but pricey. IMO nitto are good over all tires but ive had them on my personal vehicle and they dont grip no were near as good as the kdw's.

  7. They are okay tires. They are overseas tires that are fairly cheap. I never recommend them unless people ask for them or i try to match the price of a better one as close as possible. What size are you running? ill tell you about how much you should be paying and what a better one would run.

  8. Here is a pic of my truck when I had 22 inch U2-55 wheels. They look very nice, but I would honestly recommend staying away from them. The quality of the chrome is not that great and it took 6 inch strips of weights to balance the wheels. The truck rode like crap the whole time I had them. I know they are very affordable but you get what you pay for. Maybe you'll have better luck with them if you get them. I think they now carry a flat black 24 inch version.

Agree. Its a very inexpensive wheel that people jump on it right away. Here in Texas everyone has them.
