  1. Forget that tire. Its a cheap tire people. Save your money and get some BGF's for a lil more. I currently have NITTO's 420's(Toyo's tire)and i cant say much about them. Literally went from my shop home and truck has been parked for 2 months now. I'm even thinking of going with some 18's just so i can have BFG since they don't make them in my size anymore.

  2. they do suck!!!!!!!!!! Ive gone to 5 different ones and they cant align my truck properly. i went to the second one complaining my alingment was off from the first time and they said okay we'll take a look at it. so i sat for 2 hours and later they came to me saying " we came to the conclusion your alignment is off". i was like "wtf no shit that's why i came back". and i asked if they can fix it and said no cus their guy wasn't there. so i came back the third time AGAIN and their guy called in that day also!!!!!!!WWWWTTTTFFFFF and the 4th and 5th one ive gone to dont have a lift big enough...IF only Discount Tire did alignments. They have awsome customer service.

you had everyone thinking i was a viper CAR lmao!!!!!!!!!!! :jester:

  5. While this intake does fit, I have had quite a few problems with it. The GM 90mm throttle body does not bolt on. You need to slot two holes on the throttle body. You can not run truck style injectors. You also cannot run the fatty style LS1 injectors. You can either run stand skinny LS1 style injectors or pico injectors. I have one on my 414 and was impressed at first, but now I'm regretting the purchase.

While this is true.. i talked to Richard at West Coast Racing and he mentioned that they made one that fits perfectly with our Ls based engines. All the problems that you mentioned are true with the old model. He will receive his shipment on Thursday so give him a call and order it. I ordered mine a few mins ago so im first in-line to receive it :D:driving: Any question, i wouldn't hesitate to call him. He's a great guy 1-818-705-5454

So. To use this intake on a stock N/A truck, their are a lot of extra parts needed to make it work, or it does not work at all?

    New model bolts right on

I was thinking about ordering this intake, but now it seems to be more money an hassel than its worth?

Order it. They wont last long

  6. Thank you for clearing things up guys...i understand there is a better choice out there but ill got with the lpe for now. I just wanted to make sure i wasnt picking the wrong cam. i did get the texas-speed cam when i was considering going N/A but then i got the extra cash and got the procharger. As for choppy sound im not worried about it. Would be nice but not sweating it. So ill get her back running when the heads get here and let yall know the results. Time to blow S&!T up! lol any last minute advice or mod i can add while im in there..????

  7. Thank you MR P. You're awesome! i did install the gt2-3 but since it didn't install the timing belt cover i wanted to make sure. So just to make sure you mention its designed for positive displacement sc? I know the ATI isn't PD. So you wouldn't recommend this cam with the procharger either? sorry just trying to clear things up

I did get good pushrods and spring.. got the com 988 (I believe that's what they are called) and the com spring with the blue markings

Im also considering this heads lq9 stage III heads
