The steering gear box is located at the end of the steering shaft. There are valves inside that allow the pumping and flowing of the steering fluid. If one or several of these valves start to stick when the truck is turned left and or right it will cause a squeeling noise. The fix is to have the dealership replace the steering gear box and THEY NEED TO DO AN ALIGNMENT on the front end. Go and have them check it out and see if that is what it is.

No I have not heard of them, but from the looks of their site they have quite an extensive selection!!

Could be the steering gear box located at the end of the steering shaft. If the valves go bad it not only makes a squeeling noise, but causes the front end to pull slightly to the right. Hope this helps.

I have not had any problems with mine. 05 SS. Is this recall in effect yet? If so I will go have them replace mine!!
