ok, the ground ill agree with, but why a better 12 volt switch? Wiring it up the way I did allows me to control the whole system with the flip of the switch.

Well with the help of Danny (sprayed99) and Steve (Mr.P.) I finally installed my window switch I used the MSD window switch that I bought Here. All though there are different switches, the concept should basically be the same. And by the way, Im not a photographer so some of my pics may be blurry lol. The switch contains 4 wires and 2 closed loops. There is a Red, Black, White, and Yellow wire and then a red loop and a blue loop wich will both have to be cut because the switch has to be set up in 4 cylinder mode. 1.) Connect the red wire to a switched 12 volt. All I did was splice it into my arming switch 2.) Next, connect the black wire from the window switch to ground. 3.) The yellow wire goes to the ground side of the Nitrous Relay coil. Now, for the parts that caused a problem for me. 4.) The white wire splices in with the WHITE WIRE ON PIN 10 ON THE GREEN CONNECTION (connector 2) FOR THE PCM. This is the engine speed signal wire. When removing the wire sheild, be carefull, plastic is fragile lol. I broke mine Thats basically it. Now your ready to put in your RPM modules or set your switch to the desired start and stop RPM's. To test, rig a temporary LED or test bulb into the passenger compartment from the nitrous relay, that way when you are driving you can verify that the switch is in fact turning on the relay (LED) at the RPMs you desire - *then* remove the LED and hook-up the nitrous. Not as good as a "Mr. P. How-to" but I hope it helps

i wouldnt be to happy about it, thats for sure. But I agree with you, a loss is a loss, and a win is a win and you earn them just the same. Im not real sure I like the buyback idea either. Whats the point in beating a guy if he can just buy his way back in like he never lost and STILL gain something out of it? If its just for money then thats a little more understandable but for points? that would just make racing and eliminations pointless to me.

I had the transgo shift kit and vette servo but now im switching to the superior kit because thats whats included in the built transmission I ordered. And as far as a tune, I have charlie wheatley and I would ditch that superchip tuner if I were you.

Im running NX from nitrousoutlet.com. Its a nozzle kit.......for now If you are mounting it in the bed then yes a bottle opener is nice to have. I would recomend getting a plate kit though. I wish I had got one now that I have my nitrous on. Oh....and ya might wanna pick up a fire extinguisher (not trying to scare you out of nitrous, but its not a bad idea to have one for safety reasons.) Oh, and danny is pretty smart...sometimes

yeah im with art on this one. Handheld tuners cant hold a candle to a PCM tune. there are several on here that do tuning. Zippy, .justin., or I have a wheatley tune. gowheatley.com.

I just went to a local muffler shop and picked up the magna flows they had. As far as a part number, Im not really sure.

Pacesetter lt's, no cats into and x pipe then into dual magnaflow mufflers and exiting out the side. Now the drone is gone and the truck sounds so much better. The sound clip aint the greatest but it will do for now.
