when you replace the shackles you put them back in to the housing where it lands into and is bolted. The plate that it lands in is bolted/ribeted on to the chassis and has an L like shape is that the pinion angle up?

pinion angle up is that the plate that looks like an L that holds up the shackle and is ribetedon to the chasis???

gotta say its gonna look real nice would mind doin it myself only one worry though the glare from the sun!

my exhaust is pretty loud i have flowmaster dual 40 series one coming out the back and the other turns down so it pretty loud. the squeaking only occured after i pressure wash the underbody of my truck and it only happens when im pulling into a driveway or going over speed bumps, etc... the guy at the suspension shop said to use urathane greece on the bushings so i did and it only covers me for a few months then i have to hunt for the greece again i never find it @ local parts stores

I have the drop shackles that level out my truck. i belive they are beltech one to. i've had em for about a year now and let me tell you every 2-3 months i have to greece them up and im simply tired of dealing with them! maybe you guys know a good company that makes pretty good quality ones where i don't have to deal with the f-ing noises. edit- any of you havin to deal with the squeaky noise??

i got factory head unit and im running 1/1000 jl audio amp with the custom blow through box with 3 12" rockford fosgate he2's, and let me tell i dont think i would switch head units because of thhe 6 cd changer unless they make a double-din 7 in screen with the 6 cd's, forgot to mention i also have the audio control epicenter.
