Yeah the "Panhandling" is increadible here in gainesville. I dunno if its true but i have heard some of these dudes make 50K a year. My history teacher tells this story (4 or 5 times) about when he was getting off the interstate and saw a guy in his 30's holding a Vietnam War Vet. sign. Ok im gonna go ahead and ask all my questions about headers b/c i really want them. Ok i have realized that shorties are almost not worth it. So with long tube headers what exactly do you have to do? i went and looked at my factory set up and theres gonna have to be cuttin and welding for anything longer than shorties (i don't like cutting and welding). then i would have to get some O2 simulators, can i use stock cats? or run no cats at all, but then i would have to put my muffler back on to keep from running loud straight pipes (adding more expense). And as far as tuning, am i loosing out by not getting a tune for my headers or do you just get the tune to correct the O2 sensors? Well im sure i'll think of more questions after i post this.

Yes finally a first hand account, in a truck i know is stock, one of the guys that used to go to my school just got a LMM '08 silverado. By the way it was fast. But dead stock it did spue the slightest amount of smoke not enought to choke some one, but it looked more like a fume than smoke.

I've been looking at Vara-rams velocity stack they claim dyno proven 20 ft of tq. on a 5.3 which is what i have, i dunno how it works on any of you guys 6.0's, but any body got one. if so is it worth the 40 bucks?? thanks

what black rims do you all recomend i love the shit out of chase04's black motoforge wheels but that company doesn't make them anymore. I wouldn't like anything under a 6 spoke either. I had the chrome 6 spokes on my truck for a long time

Cool, yeah i want more speed for not alot of money but like you siad nitrous doesn't have very good reliability. So i dunno what i might do? Nah not this year i usually try to go but didn't find time too. I do go about every wendseday night to gainesville speedway where the gator nationals are held. But its just like a test and tune night i've yet to run my truck im anxious to see what i'll run, im guessing high 15's.

I have and extended cab and yeah his has no lift and its a LLY with 33's on stock wheels. but like i said i think he was messin with me i think he had me. Oh and hows that 100 shot workin for you, im thinkin about get some spray lol

My buddies mom just bought a brand new Z06 corvette, black with special edition black and red leather. I can't wait to ride in it. I heard they're really rank. its gonna be awesome. I'll let yalll know how the ride is when i get a chance. maybe i can creep a short drive

Just watched a new episode of pimp my ride and they have finally done something performance worthy. God dang old impala with a LBZ duramax and a Allison tranny. Thats awesome in my opinion considering it is faster than a Lamborghini and runs off 100% biodiesel. They have took it to the next level.
