I've been thinking about this for a few weeks now and I'm about 99.9% set on selling my truck. I guess at this point in my life it just doesn't make financial sense for me to keep putting $ into it and risk getting it stolen/damaged and be out even more $.. I'm 31 years old now and I guess my focus has shifted more towards spending 100% of my free time with my two kids and instead saving that mod cash for them and hopefully be able to help them go to college one day. I'm definitely gonna miss the hell out this truck...Of course Jet black has always been the Best/Fastest color of choice but I know for a fact that I won't miss all of the hard work that went into keeping this damn thing clean!!! . I never really posted a whole lot on this site but I did visit almost every single week ever since the day I decided to sign up way back in '07. Just wanna give thanks to ALL of the SS owners on this site that have been really passionate about this truck and have shared their knowledge to help others without asking for anything in return...I've learned quite a bit and it is very much appreciated...Thanks and may the Mods be with you.

@ Ed...Yea I thought we played better when we slowed the game down but memphis really started off strong and they were much faster than we were...Plus We usually shoot the 3ball pretty well but couldn't get 'em to fall and it almost cost us the game. Hopefully we can keep it close vs Texas and not fall behind early.

Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts and opinions on the 2011 tourney bracket...even though My team(Arizona) lost a real tough game to the washington huskies in the pac-10 tourney I'm really hoping we can bounce back, beat memphis and get a match up with Texas and then possibly Duke in the sweet 16!!! PAC-10 all the way

I was off work the night when the snowstorm hit but Seattle and most of the surrounding areas were a disaster. The city knew it was coming and handled it terribly.

I don't have a problem at all with Lebron wanting to leave Cleveland for whatever reasons but I think the way he went about it was not the best way to handle his decision. He created a huge spectacle for the media to follow and ESPN ate up every second of it. I see it more as a huge show of disrespect to his former teammates and fans for the way the way he created the drama and even planning his own 1 hour event on ESPN JUST to announce his stupid decision that he probably knew all along. oh well...ALL of the pressure and attention will be now be on Miami and I don't really see that as a positive thing...Anything but a championship will be considered a failure.

Hey guys just wanted to give you an update on this topic...Just got word yesterday from our LO that our Home loan has gone through and we're ready to close the deal!!! It was an exciting but mostly nerve wracking process and I'm glad to say that it's almost over. The day our our offer was accepted I was so damn nervous(but also glad) that I had to take the next day off from work cause I was up all night and couldn't sleep... lol So I just want to say thanks to everyone for the advice and also much props to *Black2003SS* for answering all of my loan questions in detail...that helped me out big time... if you guys have any advice on any last minute things I should get done that would be great...Thanks

Well, As the Topic title says...I would really appreciate ANY kind advice you guys have on purchasing a home for the 1st time...Right now my girlfriend and I are in the pre-approval process and the mortgage company is giving us a 30yr fixed FHA loan at an interest rate of 5.5%...Haven't signed anything yet so any tips you guys have would really help me out... Do I feel silly??? hell no....not at all... But yeah...Mayweather did put on a boxing clinic...JMM got 1 or 2 good shots in the 1st/2nd round but seemed really discouraged after the knockdown and looked really tired by the mid rounds...I thought he could have taked a little more risks early on and try to get closer but mayweather was obviously too damn quick for him...As for mayweather/Pac man...Mayweather def has the speed/reach advantage so it might be a replay of this fight but not as bad...Well just have to wait and see...But first pacman has to fight cotto...A good fighter that alot of people are sleepin on

I think marquez is gonna put up a damn good fight and definitely be the aggressor...Gayweather likes to counter and the last thing he wants is a brawl with JMM...I don't think Gayweather is strong enough to really hurt marquez so if JMM can get some good shots in and bring the fight I think he has a good chance to give gayweather his 1st loss...
