does the headers match up with an 03 ss??

welcome to the site im from the reading pa area....

I am looking to get some long tube headers from my 03 ss...i have read alot of the posts in this section...i am wondering if i can put a set of long tubes on my truck with a magnaflow cat back exhaust with dual exits out the rear bumper...what i am thinking is getting long tubes, hi-flow cats and then keep my magnaflow muffler and the dual exits off the rear bumper...however i am reading that the piping must be similar in lengths to avoid the "raspy" sound...im not sure how close the lengths are with the cat back i have...i would like to keep as much on my exhaust as i can, however, if its necessary i will correct it if need be....looking for some advice before i get too deep into this exhaust...thanks in advance.....

hey there rockhead...im thinking about taking a trip in for that car show...i just got to run it by the woman and make sure there are no plans for that day...and if not then i would prolly stop by with a buddy of mine from that area as well with a lightning.....

I have noticed alot of trucks have the chevy bowtie with the SS in the middle...where can I get that bowtie?? I have been looking all over the net and cannot find it....thanks

yea i thought to get the gloss...i just wanted to make sure before i bought it...thanks barney... I was planning on doing the grills and vents all black....

What type of fusion black paint did you use?? flat black, gloss black, or satin black?

Im looking into a carriage works billet grill for my 03 ss..i know i want to the the bolt on and not the bolt over...how would i install the bolt on grill ???

I just bought a 03 SS with 20,000 miles on it on saturday...7-7-07...it has a magnaflow exhaust on it ...I will be looking to add some mods to it in the near future...and looking for ideas...thanks .....pics 2 come soon
