  2. Hello everyone. I've been on here for a while just reading and studying. I would like to say thanks to everybody for sharing so much info. If I hadn't found this site I probally would have spent a lot of useless dollars. But thanks to you guys I recieved my wheatley tune today and still waiting on my new headers, which by the way I picked up in the dynamax gp. So there you go, you guys have already infected me! haha
  3. I was looking at some of these and wondering what you guys think.https://www.tiresavings.com/tireShop.php?ac...;season=Regular You will have to go to high performance tires and go to drop down window and select the zeon xst tire. I can get a good deal since my brother-in-law works at one of their plants. They priced them at $566 otd. I am looking to get a good tire that will stick well. thanks in advance
  4. I will be praying for you guys. If it helps any, my friend's wife was shot in the head couple years back. She is a loan officer and some scumbag couldn't get a loan so he came in and shot her. She is now doing well with no after effects. I hope you dad has a speedy recovery and those douchebags get what they have coming.
  5. I wasn't going to reply on this but felt the need to. I work in the communications industry with a union job. I agree that unions are good and bad. I do not know anything about vehicle assembly but with my job and most others in the company that I work for, it is a skilled trade. Some of my job requires some simple task but for the most part it is technical and requires alot of customer interface. The union I'm in for the most part wants good things for the company as well as the workers. It wants the company to deploy more technology into the field which will be a better product for the customer, more profit for the company, better job security for it's workers,etc.etc. you get the picture. It also helps me keep good health benifits for my family. When it comes time for our collective barginning they do not ask for huge raises and better benifits but only to hopefully to keep what we have already. I also do know that part of that process is to start out asking for alot because the company starts out trying to take away everything and in the end they always agree to keep the current agreement with usually a 4% raise over 5 years. I think that is about fair. On the down side they do have to represent some employees that do not deserve thier job. I think that management should watch its workers closer and get rid of the ones not doing their job but seems like that never happens and the good workers always get nailed on some minor something and get made an example of. It is also fustrating when the company is always trying to find ways to short change its workers when, in my company's case, it gives it's retiring ceo $187 million in severance pay with ungodly benifits. I think this is the product of it being a union company. Toyota's newest plant is being built about 10 miles from my home I just may try to get a job for them. Good jobs, good pay with good benifits with no union and no hassles. Sorry for the long post but I needed to speak my mind.
  6. I don't know if this has been posted yet or not but for anyone that is interested http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=686693 Should be a good time.
  7. How do they affect the ride of the truck? The SS seems pretty stiff in the rear as it is. I was also looking at maybe getting some of these. I'm having trouble hooking out of the hole. Also, what kind of street tires do you guys run. Mine are going to need to be replace before long(at least that what I'm going to tell the wife) and I was looking to get something with more traction. thanks
  8. Yes they can. I got sent home with my tail between my legs the other night by one. I won't complain too bad I'm bone stock and he only got my by 1 1/2 length. It only give me one more reason to hurry up on the mods.
  9. I got my new Outlaw intake today. I am looking forward to putting it on. I have one question though. Do yall leave the bottom opening open or seal it off? I thought I read someone saying if you don't run a hose from the bumper to seal off the bottom hole.
  10. I have used it in my boat. good stuff!!!!
  11. I searched and couldn't find but I'm also new so forgive me if I missed it. My truck is missing the factory SS dash piece that is in the top pic. I tried to get it through my local dealer but he said he couldn't find it. Does anyone know what the part # is? Thanks in advance.
