RICE EATER

well...i bought another truck last week off the internet...site unseen..and had it shiped to me...long story short ive been alil nervous..but i think i got a hell of a deal...anyways after sweating my ass off ..it was delivered to me today and i feel like a giddy school girl..lol ofcouse i found a few flaws..nothin huge..a small chip in the windshield..a lil chip on the front bumper and a lil knick in the back seat leather..but thats it so far...but the truck over all seems extreamly clean ..smells like new..come to find out the owner had custom wheels and kept them..so they put a set of brand new denali wheels on it..so thats a plus...has a roll up cover on the bed which i havent played with yet to see if i like it..with a rhino liner which i thought it was a snap in ...also didnt know it had a corsa exaust which is great!! light tinted windows..and might have a highlight upgrade they seemed to have alil blue in them..not sure what they are yet tho.. only a couple things that bug me..the nav doesnt have the dvd so im guessing il have to buy one..il see if i can get the dealer to give me one...im guessing they will...being an 2008 do i have to have a nav cd in it all the time? and cant use a cd at the same time? havent had a change to dig in to it yet..and the other thing that im pissed about is it doesnt have a backup camera which is my fault..i figured all denalis with nav had a back up camera.. but im assuming i can add one in to the factory nav pretty easy...hopefully its prewired for it ...but all in all im extreamly happy with the truck i got a smoking deal on it..it drives like a dream..way smoother ride and more power then i was expecting!!...soo now i just gotta figure out what im gonna start with for mods being a totaly different platform

well the buyer completey changed his mind and apperently is now going with a diesel...and left me hanging...sooo looks like its back up for sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..i think i might make a new add to show off all the new things ive done...i forgot how much ive changed and upgraded things this summer

actually i worked out a trade deal on another truck..gonna cost me some $$$ ..when i was planing havin some left over to go towards another house but owell..lol

well i broke the trans..sooo ofcouse you know me..time for a upgrade ...so i had a custom trans built complete from a new converter all the way to a new case with 300mm billet shafts and the goodies inbetween .. and ofcourse now that i have the truck complete ...................... SALE PENDING!!!!!!!!!

yep us michigan guys are alil goofy i guess...the story i got was it was his truck..and was going threw a divorce..and the future ex wife was going to get the truck threw the divorce..soo what the hell might as well have some fun before u give it to her..haha...atleast he put a helmet on..haha crazyyyyy tho..

ok guys....the wife found are dream house...one problem..we need a pretty health deposit to even touch it since its alil out of are leauge..but its amazing!!!....sooooo im dropin the price and give this one last shot before ebay $21,900...........with everything thats a freaking steal guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

best for me has been to just bring it off an idle...so 1000 to 1200 which flashs the converter perfect. and right as the second yellow light comes on STICK IT!!..lol that will get your reaction times down..if you see green..YOUR WAYYY LATE!!..keep working on it untill u get a red light then you know your close i also leave in 3rd gear..but my understand was it would also make sure never shift in to overdrive..so i guess i learned something new my Personal Best 60ft is a 1.67 on street tires..i belive some guys have gone faster..but i just have a cheap converter and REAL street tires not drag radials or slicks..so im happy with that

i personaly cant stand strips like that...its a chevy not a ford!!..GM never put strips on like that it just looks unfinished i guess..or as my wife said it looks like some one run up with with a paint roller lol...they NEVER go on the roof..and should start on the hood..and end on the trunk..or in are case tailgate both with rounded edges front and back.. anytime i everrr see strips from front to back and everywhere inbetween it just looks like the ricers i see that stop at autozone and buy the rolls of strip and slap it on..hell might as well do the windshield and back window in a strip keep it solid..lol i dont know why..but it just bugs me!!!

yaa i put the wrong pic up. at first opps ya i dont get it. i saw the truck a few weeks ago and he had some nice lookin 22s..now spinners?? really?? well i guess if its INFECTED..then that would explain why it looks worse every time i see it lol....i will say tho..ive never seen it dirty..its always clean il give him that

seen this truck around town a few times...finaly took a pic..i think its got spinners on it now?? and it says INFECTED on the bottom..i hope people arnt confusing my truck with this truck...being a red truck with strips in same town lol

guess i should have put the other truck.. heres the low down...i have an 08 gmc in silverburch..i smacked up the box..got an insurance claim for alil over 4200 to fix it..being that its one of my company trucks we have a fleet so my deducible is really high at 2500..soo i have about 1700ish to fix the truck...i was already able to score a new primered box never mounted with a small dent for $250..instead of the $2500 sooo im trying to deside what to do..do i..just take it do the dealership and have them paint the box and put it on and maybe have a couple bucks left over. or i have a buddy that paints on the side..i could have him probly do a custom paint job on the truck like a 2tone or something along those lines. or slam the box on get a quick paint job and get a matteblack wrap on it? before after soo whats next

ok guys..i found a new toy that i really want..soo needless to say at the moment im PRETTY MOTIVATED TO SELL..soo any offers??...ive actually been driving it pretty much daily aslong as the weather is nice..i forgot how much attention this truck brings..very day alteast one person pulls up next to me..or chases me down to tell me how AMAZING that truck sounds..which i respond with thanks..but it runs even better then it sounds..belive it or not haha..

nice stuff chase...looks like you made a trip to CBM...and you must be talking about Chris being in dubai ?? ive been working with him for over a year on the computer and harness for my sandrail.. its been a pain in the ass to figure out..but as far as i know there the first ones that have been able to get in to work on the 2.0 turbo LNF motors and keep the direct injection..anyways very nice company to deal with and extreamly smart!! actually i just got my fuel system from him in the mail yesterday!! p.s when he gets back tell him to get off his ass and get his wiring guy to finish my harness spring is here!!..hahaha

have u ever run the truck at the track? or what are u thinking it should run? ive run 12.3 at 111mph on a 26in tire and didnt run out . i guess what would be the point of putting in a 4.56 if your just gonna run a tall tire and not take advatage of it i would run the 22s like u were sayin first and see where your at..doesnt a 22 depending on the tire measure out to be right around the 30 or 31in mark?
