mine is 1/2" from the inner fender with the 285 so pretty sure a 305 wont fit

i dont think its a bad looking truck but it is not much different then the previous model .

prob sell the truck and also buy a vette just to compete with you
I need to get my truck running before i can do anything to it, after i get it running i need to 4link and cage it.
hopefully run in the 10s some time this year if i ever get it finished.

take the bump stop brackets totally off, and be careful until you get a cnotch. never heard of breaking tail lights though.
i took the brakets off mine also and bought small flat bump stops to bolt onto the frame.
i have had 1 of the 2 tabs break off my old tail lights, it sucks!
