  2. No offense but i have these Coopers now and their performance stinks. The GY's were much better performers. I think that Perelli is the way to go but I'm not going with the ATR's. I the next month or so my baby will be getting a set of these NEW SKIDS.
  3. The creator of some of the sleekest hod rods in the world is gone. My dad was defeated by him many times @ shows so he had my utmost respect. The greatest hot rod builder since Barris. What a shame. May he rest in peace in that grand garage in the sky.
  4. I'm going to get spindles no matter what but I want more!!! Lower is better.
  5. I know you can't do it on the SS, but does anyone make a air bag kit for the V-MAX with torsion bars? The only other alternative is to go with spindles, keys (bad idea?). I'd like to get atleast 3" more out of the front and can't find a way to get there. I've already cranked on the factory keys to get 3/4" of drop and could probably get another 1/2" if I cut the bump stops. Please help I need to put it in the weeds.

  7. In your sig. it says enough for 13's. What does that mean on a Dodge? Everything under the sun!!! You know I had to say something to a dodge guy on an ss site.
  8. What do you have done? If you're stock you'll need the usual (cai, exhaust, and tune) just to get close to the STI off the line.

  11. There is a law. The thing is that when you sign the papers on the truck the papers will not say anything about SS. Don't ask don't tell or dismiss the question all together. Ex-car salesman here. Got tired of the games so now I sell Stainless Steel.

  13. You might as well have said that in greek. Jesse tuned it on the dyno and that's what he told me. I tend to trust way to many people but he seemed pretty knowledgable, however I was part of a "free" tuning session so that might have something to do with it although I hope not (I planned on paying). I was thinking of getting a second opinion from Wheatly (since I'm in Houston) later this spring. Thanks for your input.

  16. The .justin.... I've been waiting for you to chime in. Can you make a suggestion on the injectors that I need. Part number would be great. If not what do they need to come out of? Will 01-02 Camaro injectors work?
  17. Did you do a dyno tune or mail order? When they dynoed your truck you didn't get a print out of what your a/f ratio was? 325 rwhp? Got the sheet?
  18. 281 hp @ how many rpm's? are you running upgraded injectors?
  19. Sorry, the program I use at work will only work with caps. I'm not shouting just stating an opinion.
  20. I GUESS I MUST HAVE TONS OF CRAP IN THE GAS I'VE BEEN RUNNING. I ONLY GOT 36K MILES, THEY WEAR OUT THAT FAST? I'VE BEEN TOLD 29.5 LB/HR FROM AN 01-02 CAMARO WILL WORK ALSO.
  21. I PUT TWO MAGNAFLOWS PART# 14419 ON MINE AND IT SOUNDS GREAT. IN MY OPINION YOU WON'T GAIN ANYTHING GOING WITH A CAT BACK IN THE V-MAX. YOU HAVE 3" FROM THE MANIFOLDS BACK AND THE FACTORY EXHAUST IS MENDRAL BENT SO UNLESS YOU SPEND A LOT OF TIME UNDERNEATH YOUR TRUCK GAZING AT YOUR PRETTY POLISHED EXHAUST THEN THERE IS NO NEED FOR IT. AGAIN, JUST MY OPINION.

  24. Got the graph printed with before and after numbers. I plan on now getting injectors (30 lb/hr?), long tube headers, cat. delete, Volant CAI, servos & shift kit for the tranny, and way down the road a mild cam (220 or so).
