Wow dude--those turned out real nice... Why not just powdercoat the thermostat housing and water pump cover as well???? I would go with the Titanium coating for the exhaust, IMHO.

J.R.--what are your reasons behind wanting to lift it? I am not going to tell you want to do, but there is a lot that could go wrong with lifting an already lowered from the factory AWD sport truck. You would have to pay close attention to pinion angles and whatnot with your transfer case and drive axles. By lifting it, you would be putting a lot more stress on the driveline components.

I don't have a pic handy, but I installed mine on the dash panel where the Passenger side Air Bag lockout switch is located. Since yours is on 06, you shouldn't have the lockout switch. It should be a blank panel. Pop the dash's outer trim panel off and then pop out those panels. Its easy to run the wires up behind there and keep them hidden...

Yes, it is a whole light assembly. The plastic light lens is just glued on and the lens comes off quite easily. I would take the door panel off--screws in the interior grab handle assembly and there is one underneath the panel where the PW/PL switches are. The interior door panel just lifts off after the screws are out. You then can see where the Door Panel Marker Light is located. Pop it out and put the new one in... It's pretty easy...
