Go to Bakersfield (Famosa Racetrack) on Friday June 20th 2008 at 6pm. I will be there and I can tell you Famosa is 3/4 of a second faster than California Speedway in Fontana. You should be in the 10's with your setup and maybe hit 130 mph trap. We can caravan together if you like.

I hope you guys like this edit. The music is from friends of mine who did this song for the Bow Tie Car Club in SoCal. If anybody feels they want anything changed then I'll be happy to redo any parts.

I had a great time meeting up with you guys. I've downloaded the video and taken out all the other video except for Chase's. The High Def video has to be downsized to meet the internet specs but all raw and edited footage can be transfered to AVI or DVD if requested by anyone. Just so I know how to word the video properly I'll need some info: 1. Is it the fastest 1/4 mile time for an SS? 2. Is it the fastest trap speed foe the 1/4? 3. What was the DA, alt, and other factors like temp? 4. What is Chase's actual name? 5. Is Chase sponsored by anyone? 6. If this isn't the fastest what is the fastest? 7. What is the estimated or dynoed HP and Torque? 8. What kind of wheel/tire combo were you using? 9. What power adders were you using and how much boost? 10. What kind of pulley were you using? ETC...ETC... Just give me all the info so I can include it in the video and be 100% accurate. Thanks, Brad

Los Angeles here. I'm in for a few GTG if you allow Srt10's to hang with you guys.

Was it a quad cab or a regular cab?

Cold facts are that a Srt10 is faster than a Lightning stock, however the Lightning will and is much faster than a Srt10 when you mod them dollar for dollar. I see 9 sec Lightning at the track a lot with under 20K invested. Our fastest Srt10 is 10.73 sec 1/4 mile time after over 70K invested to reach that goal. The lightning are a better truck to mod dollar for dollar. I don't know how the SS measures up in this equation. What is the fastest SS 1/4 mile record and how much did it cost to get it there? What are the weak links in the SS that needs to be addressed when adding more power?

I saw 1 SS out there. Was it anyone here? I was taking pics and shooting video most of the night.

We might get the world fastest Srt10 out there as well as the worlds fastest NA Srt10 as well at this event. We will see if it happens but I will be going for sure. It would be nice to get a bunch of different trucks together and have fun as a group. That would be a video I'd love to make.
