For Sale: Genuine Ss Silverado Front Bumper Assembly
Carl Eagle replied to TRILOGY's topic in For Sale/ Wanted
Hey man, I would keep it. I think it sets your truck off and there isnt a bumper out there that looks better than that one. -
Got mine from siggynation.com, I think they do good work.

Installing The Cladding
Carl Eagle replied to Carl Eagle's topic in Appearance, Cleaning, & Detailing
Its not that bad, it attaches at the top with doublesided tape and at the bottom with the brackets that you have to mount to the body. -

Thanks for the compliments guys, I've put alot of work in this truck and it is starting to pay off. Now that I have it looking the way I want it, I can start to work on the performance. I think I will lower it a little bit too and get someone to help me with a new signature pic. -

I think I will keep the 99 to 02 front end for now, because after all it is a three door truck and a clone. -

I have the same set up and I really like it. It looks clean and covers your stake pockets. I'm not sure about the rollup bed cover though, I dont see why it wouldnt work because I think it mounts inside the bedrails. Thanks for the info on my mess up and here is a pic of my wing and caps.

Hey man, I appreciate the write up because it was very helpful for me because I have never done anything like this. I have done some body work and painting, but never any taillights. I tried spraying my third brake light but I did something wrong. I thinned down the paint and tried shooting it but it started seperating or something, it looks like a jagged checker board. Did I try to paint it too fast or did I thin the paint down too much. I didn't clear it yet because of the mess up, and any help will be greatly appreciated. I thought I would use paint because it matched my truck perfectly and I already had it. Thanks for the info.

I wish I didn't already have all of this because you could have saved me about $300. I have $950 invested in mine so anyone looking for cladding this is a sweet deal. Bump for a good deal.

Can you just use automotive base coat and clear coat? I was getting ready to do mine also and that's what I thought I would use.

Does anyone have a pair of SS headrest covers you want to sell? Let me know what ya got. Thanks Carl
