What is the best years I can look for at the salvage yards for an 80e? Year, make, and model. I know the1500HDs but just don't know what year to get. Any insight would be apreciated.

Sorry to hear that man. I have only one grandparent left and I know how that goes.
Sadly since the passing of my grandmother the fam is being torn apart. I was officially uninvited in my own house, so just taking a long walk with my beagle, taking pictures of nature, see the gf, visiting my buddy and eating dinner with him and his gf maybe, get some "suffering bastards" at a chinease restaurant along with "scorpion bowls", and of course a few "Mexican thanksgivings" (tequilla and whiskey shot).

I'm going to Sonora, TX. My grandma and other relatives live there. Hoping to spend time with family, eat a lot, and have a some brews. Also, my godson is there so i'll get to spend some time with him.
Then, Friday back at work.

Truck is sick but would have done staggered 22s or 22/24 setup. It still scoots still.

To tuck a 12" wheel in the rear, you may have to 4 link the back end and take off the leafs. I'm not 100% on that but it would give you plenty of room. Then, you could shorten the rearend and do a 0 offset which would be sick!!

Reason for trading: I'm going to use my SS as my tow pig/daily. I'm still going to mod it and hopefully do a TVS steup down the road. I could do a hidden hitch now but just don't feel like messing with that.
