I've had 9 (yes, nine) blackberry "tour"s in less than a year from Verizon. This phone has been the biggest pos ever. Trackball dies, audio shits the bed, freezes, key board malfunctions, etc.... Luckily all of them have been covered under manufacturers warranty, only had to go through asurion once. The first three i got were brand new since the phone was so new to the market at the time, then it was refurbished. Now i finally talked them into giving me another model and ended up with the "bold", so far so good. But only time will tell if it will survive Thank god for warranty and insurance, damn thing cost a pretty penny without a contract

Also interested in this swap, I'd rather put the 4l80 in now, and be prepared for boost and whatever else comes down the road.

First off, I'd go to another mechanic. I'd also check the front axles and seals if you're get a loud clank/click while turned. How many miles does it have?? I'm sure more guys will chime in with there opinions, welcome to the site

Bringing this thread back up. Took car of the rattle with the window all the way down today. It was a bolt right above the window motor, not sure what it was for but it was loose, and now no more rattle. Took me a total of about 25 minutes, didn't remove the door handle and just peeled back the plastic to get to it. Thanks again for such a great write up. -Neil

this same thing happened to me when i turned on my fogs (HID) one time, I think it may have drew to much power. But it was fine after one restart . I run sylvania Silver Stars in my high beams, Just as good as the hids and don't need to warm up when i flash someone the high beams.

My girlfriends neighbors hated me for the longest time, I was running catless with dual glass packs (essentially straight piped). They all pretty much hate the guy that lives down the road with a worked rx7. The called the Cops on him, thought he was firing a gun in the air, but he actually bounced the rev limiter on it. My solution to taking my truck down a tone was to put the stock muffler back and putting cutouts on. I can open them up when i want but still have the quite sound when i need it.

You'll see them, look around the frame rails up front. That's where i found mine.

If it was duramax I'd be all over it. I'm in stamford, If you sell your truck and want an SS I'd let mine go.

Back when i had my jeep, these thing were in pretty good demand. I feel like since the economy went people have stopped spending that kind of money on there trail rigs. I bet someone out there is looking for them but i dont know what they'd pay. To show every one what they look like:
