  2. I can understand that. Really i just need the covers but i can understand not wanting to do that. If you decide to ship i'll try to conjure up some money.

  4. 4.8 motors came with a manual. All 5.3 trucks were autos. Gibbs made std and ext cab silvys. And some tahoes. And a damn few avalanches. There was one hummer H2 made that i know of. And i love the Gibbs Lenso wheels.

OK, when I start moving it has to go to 3000 to shift from 1st to 2nd, then it stays in 2nd and refuses to go to 3rd, if I give it more gas it down shifts to 1st, the trans does feel like my Ram when it popped, I had no acceleration in OD, down to 3rd, down to 2nd, a finally all I had was 1st. The Silverado's isn't doing that, just feels like she won't shift.
  6. Fluid was dark, I changed it at 60,000 miles, and I'm a 84,000 now, yes it did have some black grey gunk in the pan, the solenoids were or the most part clean-ish, and the filter was in decent shape
  7. Yes, I have to rev the truck high and keep the rpm's high to keep it moving, 1st and 2nd is all I got right now, not sure if the magnacharger program is doing something to it or not but I need to solve this. Driving me nuts
  8. The truck started acting funny about two months after I installed my blower. I had to rev it to nearly 3000 rpms to shift, now she wants to stay in 2nd and not shift, it was throwing a DTC P0752, Shift Solenoid 'A' stuck on. I replaced the solenoids, changed fluid, and filter. I'm nearly broke on money right now, lol. So I need help, what is my problem? Converter? Clutch Packs or whatever? looking to fix this tranny to last me a few more till I buy a FLT Trans

Ok, I'm about 20,000 miles away from hitting 100,000K on the truck, and by that time, I'll have the FLT trans and probably have gone thru the transfer case and front and rear diffs. the motor (5.3L) I love, but I'd love the big cubic inch bragging rights, plus the Radix, whats the most horsepower I can get outta the 6.0L (LQ9) without going into nitrous or meth? I'd be enthralled with high 500 to 600 horsepower. Is this possible or is 500 to about 550 all I'm probably gonna get... Let's just say there is one Ram SRT-10 and a few Lightnings running around here that I'd love to knock off their high horse.

  15. Can the Relctor wheel be changed out? like if one was to buy a LSX crate motor that was 58X, could you swap it to the 24X? how hard would it be / is it worth it?...
  16. I'm saving up my money to buy a Level 7 FLT Trans and a 6.0L (LQ9). I'm wondering what have people had the best luck with Cam wise to work with a Radix Supercharger on the 6.0L / 5.3L (what I have currently)?
