  1. Looks good Jroc, yeah im not sure why but i rubbed with the stock 275/55/20 after i lowered it... i think its luck of the draw lol
  2. My thoughts exactly... ass end is ok but.... holy mini-van
  3. Are you 3/4 dropped now? When you c notch it the axle will travel far enough into the fender that it was going to rub
  4. Thanks guys, the 285/45/22 tire size is perfect IMO but i do get slight rubbing when turning occasionally, just passing it along
  5. This is mine 3/4 drop on tbss 22's with 285/45/22 nitto 420s tires ... C notched frame and rear fender lips are rolled
  6. Just for discussions sake not to argue... Torque down low is needed and is great but i have watched shadowsnipers truck launch a few years ago, he had heads, HUGE cam, and intake combined with a HUGE convertor. That truck had balls and launched with authority, fastest N/a, stock Cubic Inch SSS on the site, at least he was. The truck obviously made more HP and TQ than stock but the point im making is that what you are changing is the TQ curve and where the power is made. With his cam the power was made in the High RPMs, and required the large 4k-ish rpm stall to get up into where the power was made. People just choose to stay N/a and if its not stroked than this is what you gotta do to start making big power out of our engines, the fact that they choose to do this too often is just there choice of how they wanted to try to go fast, not that its the best. Again, not arguing just stating it for discussion
  7. adams is great but also am a fan of the meguirers pro line
  8. Try moving the tire to the rear and see if you can still here it or if the noise changes origin
  9. Glad i could help ya out! Sorry to hear about the surgeries man... keep pluggin along and fighting it, keep us updated on how things are going and how the truck is turning out!
  10. here is mine with stock manifolds, hi flows, corsa sport....
  11. Flowmasters might be worse than the spintechs... might look into a borla muffler... they are a turbo style but have a nice sound depending on the series you get
  12. From my experience comparing hi flow cats to no cats ... there is a very small amount of difference in volume between the two, not saying that there isnt a difference but it is small
  13. Are they the Pro street 9000 or pro street 6000? might try stepping down to the quieter series spintech.... BTW im a huge fan of the Spintech sound
  14. http://www.tbssowners.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=82 Here ya go!
  15. Belltechs give a comfortable firm, comparing them to a DJM shock that gave a very rough ride
  16. Going to have to look into this. Thanks for posting it up
  17. Looks pretty slick, can you sit in the car with your 26 worn in the front?
  18. I'm lowered 3/4 with 285/45/22's, I just recently installed my c notch i got from norcal after putting up with the rough bumps for 3 years, The notch makes all the difference in the world! i also rolled my fenders so that the tires can tuck! worth every penny to notch it IMO
  19. http://www.lmctruck.com/ is where i got one of mine from i believe
  20. One of my favorite trucks on the site...
