    Corsa...why waste money on one set of long tubes just to turn around and buy another set down the road? I can't criticize much because before I got my ARHs I had a set of lpp long tubes but when I bought them I didn't have any intention of buying more headers. The ARHs were just kind of an impulse buy :P but anyway, get the corsa for now and just buy the ARH long tubes later on, and skip the cheaper set of headers all together.

    I used the search bar and did a little looking around and I couldn't find much. I was just wondering what the difference was between the SSS's as they got newer. I've been seeing that the hood is some how different or something about the front end. And also efans. Can someone explain to me what the differences are? Mines a rwd 05 SSS and can't tell what model I have.

    03,04 are all AWD and only years you could get blue.

     

    05 you could get 2 wheel drive or AWD and efans .. 2 wheel drive has rear drum not disk . and blue was replaced with silver birch. and moonroof was added as an option,

     

    06,07 are all 2 wheel drive and got the hd hood / grill...

    I have a friend with an '03 SSS, blue, loaded, 65k miles. It's been maintained like a Ferrari ie: climate controled garage etc..98% condition.

     

     

     

    The value of these trucks don't seem to be reflected accurately in Kelly BB.

     

    Anyone have an idea of the true re-sale value on his '03 SS?

     

     

    I just sold my 03 SS with 45k and almost 10g in mods and only got book value which was $20g. its not easy to get book value on these trucks everybody is looking for a deal ..

    Nice kill

    i got pacesetter armor coated long tubes. Gonna do no cats and orders my wheatley tune today!

     

    If you have the money get some E-fans . i did headers ,E-fans and a tune at the same time and it made a huge differance in power ..

    :withstupid: The 3 inch collectors make them the best out their imo along with what 1sttimessguy stated. May be pricey but worth every penny.

     

     

    American Racing ,, stainless works and Dynatech are all around the same price and all quality headers IMO ... chris

    carlslq9 sells the brackets youll need to mount the end pieces.

     

     

    iamwithstupid.gif and all other hardware can be purchased at the dealer or most body shops can get them too. it's basically well nuts (need to be installed with special tool) and bolts. i will look around and see if i still have the list with part #'s i used to install mine. chris

    Im new to this site . I have had 2 silverado ss, one 03. First one sold in ohio back then. Traded on a 04 just to get chrome rims. I only have 8500 miles on it !! What I want to do is run long tube headers. Looking at Stainless Works. Is anyone running these. Thanks

     

     

    Check out American racing headers they make Awesome LT's stainless and excellent craftsmanship . i had them and corsa touring on my 03 SS and loved the Sound and power gains from them .. i have some video clips posted in the video section on the right side of the main page .. chris
