  1. Yes. They ar pre-wired and it is right above the spare tire. It is a seven wire plug. Pull the cap and plug in to the seven way connector and you are ready for a trailer. Its also wired for trailer brakes. You need to get a controler and a factory pig tail and it plugs in to the junction box that you put your left foot on top of on the floor. the plastic cover tells you witch slot. Hope that helps.

  2. do you still have that supercharger and with a cam and headers in the lq9 6.0 how much would it help and how much work would it take to make it fit the 03 6.0

Yes i still have it. I've heard people making 533hp on a 5.3l engine with one of these on it. i was going to run the 6.2l supercharged cam out of the ZR1. Its $159 new from dealer. You will need a different Throttle body. I use the 90 mm TB off a vette. Your injector connectors are different from these simple change on the harness or get adaptors, And you might have to do somthing different with your fuel rails. There is a list of everthing and people that have done it on a different forum.

Here is more about the Eaton TVS supercharger design: http://www.eaton.com..../TVS/index.htm

Installation can be done in an afternoon with simple hand tools. I installed a supercharger with a friend on his Tahoe in his driveway in an afternoon and neither of us are mechanics. And the supercharger fits underneath the hood with no hood modification needed.

    Installation:

    6-8 hour install time

Not required to drain cooling system

Not required to cut or modify base vehicle

Vehicle can be returned to stock if required

    Included in the kit:

    Supercharger/Manifold Package

    Low Temp Intercooler Radiator

    Intercooler Reservoir

    Mounting and Wiring Hardware

New Accessory Drive Hardware and Belt

High-Flow Fuel Injectors - 42 Lb Per Hour

    Colder Heat Range Spark Plugs

New Supercharger to Airbox Intake Tube

Please note that you need to purchase the following two items, from their local dealer, which are not included in this kit:

TMAP Sensor (GM P/N: 90423637) TMAP Wiring Jumper (GM P/N: 88988320). Those parts are $70 and $25, I will provide the website to purchase them to the buyer.

The truck will need a proper tune after the installation to maximize the superchargers potential, costing $250 to $300 for a top notch tune.

Any Q's feel free to P.M. me. My price is $3200.00 + Shipping freight to a buisness in the lower states.

  5. IT LIVES AGAIN!!! No Noise, good oil psi, and no overheat!! Runs just like before. I got lucky! I am gana change the plugs just to be sure. I am gana drive it a little bit before i spray it again. Also need to check to make sure solenoids are working properly. :driving:

  6. Went to RPM's track day and on my first pass out i made it to 5000 RPMs in first and had a Nitrous backfire. I don't know why, everything was perfect. Bottle PSI, jets same as last time, just a fluke. It blew the bottom of the intake out, all the air inlet tubing, mass air meter, and cought FIRE!! :fart: The thing i am mad about is that my Clean fire extinguisher didn't work!!!! I still got lucky that i got one from the safty crew fast. Minor damage. No paint damage just little melted plastic. The motor did start but just reved high cause of the hole in intake. Ill fix it and try again!! Check the pix!!

  7. I haven't heard of the pump doing that before. What i have seen is clutch chatter on the Z71 with the Auto feature. Simple fluid change to the GM Auto Trac 2 lube fixes that. On the SS it has a oil pump just like the Z71, but with the AWD transfer case it uses a Viscous coupler. All four wheels pull. You can't disconnect the front drive shaft and drive it. It won't move. The only problem i have seen in the SS case is the plannetary set in them has plastic thrust washers under and over each pinion. it chews them up and spits them out. Plannets are very $$$.
