just got back from ESP, went to talk about a toon and ask for tranny shops around here that they know of, i spoke to karl (i think he runs the show) he said he was going to ask his chevy guy if he'd do the shift kit etc, then we spoke about tuning, since our trucks dont fit on his dyno he has to do a street tune and street tunes kill then... it takes 2 guys (dyno takes one) and they have to drive around the streets (watch out for cops) truing to get their data (making runs), and doing all thisd at a dyno rate is tough.. so if you do go here make sure you take care of them i know mod money is always tight but a little guatuity never hurt, especially if you plan to continue buissiness (i think im going to have them lower mine as well)

thanks again youve been very helpful, looks like im going price hunting, theres a few peformance shops in town (mostly euro/ricer shit) ill check out what the guys at ESP in sterling think after work tomoro, they also have an awd dyno so thats cool too... i think ill email some of these mail order guys too thanks again

thanks fireman haha i just want to extend life, not planning on anything crazy, what kind of tune do i need to do the shift kit, servos, and accumulator pistons? can i drive without a tune for a while? or do i need it at the same time?

with what i have read that all sounds good have any part #'s for the good stuff? where do i order? or does the tranny shop do that? as far as tc, ive heard a few horror stories would it be useless to do everything but a tc? or will i still see a good difference and gain strength?

i have an 05 ss (with 36k) which i guess has a 4l60/65/70e ?? how is this tranny as far as taking a beating? i dont drive my ss much anymore but when i do i still like to have fun and i drive hard... now im thinking of doing away with the old extended warr. to free up some cash every month but i dont want this thing to let go as soon as i do what can i do for some peice of mind? what temps should i be running? how hard do you drive it to blow it? etc...

exhaust helps big time i recently had flowmaster 40 TD put on and i gained 3 mpg on the highway, city didnt change bc im always in it now (12-13)
