If you have the time or resources, zI dont know the exact name of it but they are bascially big heavy duty tents in certain lengths (its basically a big tent but more burley). It will easily fit our truck inside and someone I know has one, it can withstand New England winters and their is a car garaged inside it. Temps are a little warmer but protects from the elements.

Wow. Seriously for your own safety change your plates, the wrong gangmember is going to want your "sick" ride and think he is king baller with those plates. As far as window tints, stick with the law and your fine. I personally cant stand tints.

I saw that on a 2001 Tahoe and it was fugly. It was some skateboard kid who was sponsored from CT and had stickers all over the truck. I almost stopped to tell him to take it off, and that he was making chevy look bad.

I had my SS on hold for over a month while I was checking other Silverado SS'. I found a couepl, one at a chop shop which was hilarious. The guy said it was completely stock 100 percent with Harmon Kardon speakers, ya sure buddy go pound some sand with glass in it. Long story short, I am sorry to hear your issues with car salesman. I was lucky enough that my family has been to my dealership for over 40 years and they treat me like royalty. Good luck on your search. It may take some time to find the right one, but in the end it is worth it.

I was thinking of adding some contoured mud flaps front and rear along with plastic steps with lighting. It will protect the side of the truck from elements we have up in the northeast, save the seat and also my back. I wish I could see an Sss of that photoshopped.

Long Tubes (LTs) would be your best bet. Shorties dont offer much more performance, I believe they are best for sound. Some of the best LT companies are Dynatech and ARH. Pacesetter also has some for less $$. To ask if they are worth it, they help greatly if you have other supporting mods. Also get a tune from the very reputable guys here to waken your beast up (Wheatley, Blackbear, Zippy).

Wow. I remember when the top of the line Cannondales were around 3 grand (early-mid 90s when Tinker Jaurez and Missy Giove were riding for Cannondale). Just one of my model trains is more than a radix setup also (brand new not consigned). Hobbies ftw! CHP my buddy has similar wheels, and they are damn nice.

I feel ya bud, some annoying woman at my fathers house blocked me in so I tried to squeeze out and knicked the garage door. First time to my knowledge the truck has been touched/knicked/hit. Im just lucky a good scratch remover and 2 coats of wax covers it up nicely, but it does need a repaint. Im going to wait for a paint job when I do some custom stuff to my truck in a few years down in FL.

I guess we have to be carefull of who we park next to also now.....
