Thanks Matt how did ur lq9 work in ur c10 my 6.0 ran pretty good hit a 13.2@103 the way it is with 22s and everything still haven't even mess a lot with the tune still has alot of potential should go easy mid 12s on slicks and good weather and getting the tuned dialed in. I bought my brothers 69c10 just like urs going to swap a ls motor into it working on the paint right now.

Thanks everyone for the comments The sunroof was like 350 and I installed it so didn't pay for labor The ss badges I still need to buy them The wheels if I do order some 24s deep dish I'm only gonna order the back ones and use these (2)22s for a 69 c10 I'm building right now 20s up front 22s deep dish out back with a ls swap done by me I'm working on the paint right now ill post pics later. NEW UPDATES ON PG.2 12/14/12 Well had been wanting to do this for a while just never had the parts and time finally I started and completed it I converted my 06 crew cab silverado to a SS with all the claddings etc. Just istalled a sunroof and installed a 6.0 a couple of months ago with heads/cam so it can defend itself and istalled some Intro billet wheels just want to make the rear wheels deep dish and do the interior and I'm done. Did all the work myself motor claddings drop paint etc. Thinking of getting 24s deep dish in the back and slamming it so it can tuck about 4-5' moreless Comments welcome hope you'll like it Heres some pics of what it went thru Wifes TBSS in the background got to start adding more parts to mine wife cant run faster than me Lol Here's the way she use to look without the claddings Heres a pic of a cadillac 3piece engine cover I just got for it going to paint it white and some little pinstriping or something not sure yet Heres a quick pic of my friends ford lightning (clone) which I help him built and were just waiting to install the supercharger on it looks good IMO for being a ford LOL

  11. I talk to him yesterday but all the kit had was the bed pieces and cab corners for 900

  13. In south texas. Do you have some claddings for sale. Im working in port aurther might go to the Houston shootout on the 16th.
  14. Was looking to see if anyone had a complete or almost complete kit so I can start converting my crew cab will be needing 2 front door claddings and I shouldn't be needing the rear ext door piece pm me to see what you have maybe we can work something out.
  15. Well let me know how that cam works out for you once you get on it. I have also been ordering parts for my L76 trying to get everything together for next month or so see if I can make some "winter" passes at the track with the 6.0.
  16. Hey Matt so you haven't been able to drive it at all thats gotta suck if you haven't were bearly starting to get so cooler days down here in south texas 55-65 degrees at night time about 85 moreless during the day.

I got an 05 ex-cab 2piece drive shaft from the junkyard for my 06 crew cab just made a crossmember and bolted it in same length anyone with a crew cab silverado I would recommend you change it out have had alot of friends with crewcabs that break the driveshaft. The original driveshaft is alittle thicker than a finger nail, just filled with foam thats not good. Now with the 2 piece I've gotten it up to 120-125 and no problems at all.
  18. Damn Matt those covers look nice on the 6.oh, man that lq9 sure looks like it belongs in there looks real good hopefully will work as good or even better than what it looks keep up the good work man.
  19. Hey Matt I was going to ask you was it hard to convert you ev1 injector pigtails to ev6's or was it a simple cut and paste type of deal trying to get everything ready for my 6.0 also
  20. Damn I forget since down here in south texas its still hot and we never see snow I think its snowed 2 times in my lifetime, well first chance you get to take it out and tear it up record it so we can all see how that monsters goin to run.
